  • Stock Fluctuations: All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund or equivalent store credit.

  • Pricing Errors: While we strive for absolute accuracy, inadvertent errors and omissions may occur (E&OE). In the event of a blatant pricing error, we are not legally bound to honor the incorrect price, provided we notify you of the error and cancel the order before dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, ZulaFinds cannot be held liable for courier delays beyond our reasonable control.

  • Risk Transfer: Risk of damage or loss transfers to you, the customer, upon successful physical delivery of the parcel to the address specified in your order.

6. Cooling-Off Period, Returns, and Refunds

Our return policy strictly aligns with Section 44 of ECTA and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  • 7-Day ECTA Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel any online purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods without reason or penalty. However, you will be liable for the direct cost of returning the goods to us in their original, unopened, and pristine packaging.

  • CPA Implied Warranty (Defective Goods): In accordance with the CPA, if a product is found to be genuinely defective, damaged, or unsafe within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement, or a full refund.

  • Exclusions: Due to health, hygiene, or safety regulations, certain types of goods (such as personal care items, unsealed cosmetics, or intimate wear) cannot be returned under the 7-day cooling-off period once unsealed.

7. Privacy and Personal Data (POPIA)

  • Your privacy is a priority. Any personal information collected during your transaction—such as your name, delivery address, phone number, and email—is processed strictly in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
